We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The shared shower and toilet rooms were not an issue and were always empty and clean. The free parking right in front of the hotel was a bonus, especially since we arrived by car. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and the convenience of having supermarkets nearby. The rooms were quiet and had a flat-screen TV. Although we missed breakfast, the breakfast area was spacious and the inclusion of breakfast in the price was a nice touch. we found Hotel Richter to be a great value for money and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hamburg.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms had 2 single beds, perfect for sharing the bill. The toilets were clean and shower gel was provided. Good parking space and reasonable continental breakfast. The WiFi was fast and connected immediately. Heating was good. Easily accessible public transport nearby. good value for money.

Friendly staff, helpful directions to the city center via public transportation. Clean room, though a bit small for 4 people and luggage. Staff provided fresh coffee after checkout. Receptionists and breakfast attendant were professional and friendly. Option to reserve room without bathroom was convenient for saving money.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. Compared to other hotels in the area, the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like a coffee machine and electric devices. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. There were a variety of options and it was included in the room rate.
My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.
